Does OG Reinhardt have a weapon refine?

I stopped playing game for a year I think. The last time I played I remember Ratatoskr joins your barracks so whenever that happened I stopped playing. There was a time when we jokes that Reinhardt would never get a weapon refine cause of how OP he can be but that was a long time ago. So in the year of 2025, has our glorious small handed king gotten that Dire Thunder upgrade or is he still in IS jail?
