FC25 Player career opinions?

I’m looking into potentially buying eafc25 for a player career, the only thing I play pretty much and I’m curious as to what people’s opinions are on it this year. I haven’t read many reviews or watched any player career videos at all and the only time’s I’ve played is my friend and I’s “manager + player career” mode that we do.
