Best modpacks ?

Hi,

I've started all the fallout games, starting with 3, but I did not want to play them vanilla and I found out that TTW is best best modpack, after that I continued playing New Vegas with TTW, though I found out that Viva New Vegas was the best modpack for a run. Now I'm close to finishing NV and want to continue playing F4 but also with some modpacks. What can you suggest, that are the best modpacks for F4? I was watching some F4 anomaly playthroughs and I kinda liked it but I also wanted to know if there is any modpack for F4 like TTW or VNV which are just Vanilla+, as far as I know. I don't really care if it's heavily modded, I finished F4, 2 or 3 times already, so any modpacks with quests adjustments or new quests it's welcomed.
