Can't make offer or send payment through marketplace on listing

This is my first time buying through Marketplace so I'm a bit lost. I messaged the seller and we have agreed on a price. However, the send offer option is missing and I can't find where to send a payment. The send offer option appears on other listings for me, but not the one I want to buy. We plan on shipping the item instead of meeting up. How do I proceed?
