What's up with the Eon pack?

Is it founders or not? My friend bought it for me (tho imma pay him back later) and I got V-bucks alongside X-ray tickets, which is great, but I don't have stuff like the Warpaint set and the Rose Team set, the Founder's glider, etc. Is this how it's supposed to be? Or is it a bug for being super late to redeeming it? If it's intentional, it's kinda a weird pack lol, but I ain't gonna complain, still a cool thing my friend did! Thanks for any answers!
