What do you think is Keanu Reeves’s best role?

Me personally, it would be Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic 3. He puts in the brooding yet emotionally damaged personality into the black hedgehog. Hell, Keanu was the one who pitched Sonic and Shadow's first interaction in the movie.
