[Discussion] is FIR hideout upgrades supposed to be a good change?

I feel like it only halts progress for people who don't stream 10 hours a day or aren't unemployed.
It promotes rat behavior. The guy who just spent 20 raids looking for D fuel is going to bush rat or crab walk the rest of the raid cause he found some junk for his hideout in a toolbox.

Getting really fed up with dying to some nerd who sat in a bush for 10 minutes near tech spawns, after I just spent that time frame being mobile around the map and getting into fights with other players.

Maybe I'm wrong but IMO it's one of the worst changes they've added to the game.

Can't bust down a wall in my hideout with a hammer unless it's pried off a scav corpse on interchange. What is the point of having half the items on the flea then?
