Help please!

I'm seeking help with an issue regarding my Ender 3 3D printer. I'm receiving the error message "thermal runaway e1 printer halted" mid-print, and even though I restart the printer, it only works for about 5 minutes before the same issue arises again.

I've attempted to address the problem by purchasing a new hot end with a new thermostat and installing them, but despite this, the printer doesn't start at all. Instead, the temperature seems to fluctuate between 195-205 degrees, preventing me from completing any prints.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or tips on how to resolve this issue and get my Ender 3 working properly again. Thank you in advance for any help!
