Has anyone else not received their Loyalty ID email yet?

I had to do the Loyalty Recognition Form to get my loyalty set correctly -- which it was, after a lot of stressful waiting.

Now I see all these people getting their Loyalty ID emails and instructions on how to purchase, but I haven't received mine yet. Nothing in spam/etc.

Just curious if anyone else is in the same boat, or if I should be flagging EF support asap? Thank you! ❤

I had to contact AXS, who stated they do not have anything linked to my email address for any sort of loyalty. They said they need the EF Loyalty team to send the loyalty info about my account to them before they can do anything.

Next steps for me are to blow up EF HQ Loyalty team to hopefully have them send the required info to the AXS team before next Wednesday... fingers crossed.

As a side note, I'm betting this is affecting me because I had to redeem my loyalty via the recognition form. Likely some sort of disconnect between that form and sending the info to AXS.
