Loyalty Question

Hey Forest Fam,

I wanted to run a quick situation by some fellow foresters. This year my current loyalty tier I should be receiving is 4itf as I've attended consecutively for the last four years. I got an email confirming this. The original email also said "Not correct? Apply for Loyalty Recognition below..."

I misread and applied for loyalty recognition even though the 4itf tier was correctly listed in the email. I later got an email that said I was denied an update to my loyalty which freaked me out a bit.

I originally thought I was denied 4itf and I was screwed with the loyalty recognition. After rereading, I believe now I was denied because my loyalty recognition was never wrong. Any thoughts on this? I know tickets are going on sale and I want to make sure my loyalty is honored correctly, but also do not want to flood emails because I know there are lot of loyalty that truly needs fixing.
