Looking for recommendations on the best sushi in the city.

Since moving back from Vancouver I am dying of a lack of good quality sushi. So, Edmonton, show me what you got!

Where is the best place, not looking for AYCE but just a place with really good quality fish, good rolls, great rice... you know all the things that make a great sushi.
