Increasing bachelor entrance requirements?

I heard during the open days yesterday (and saw it in this forum as well) that the bachelor entrance requirements will likely be increased. Anyone has details? What exactly will be increased? Better marks? Only for French bac holders or also for others (e.g. Swiss?) Many thanks!
