Gift for a friend (part 2?)

Hello MTG people!
I asked before about the possibility of getting a custom made chess set of mtg themed pieces, but as many people pointed out, that can cost quite the pretty penny.
So instead I am looking to possibly make 2 custom mtg cards! But sadly i am no artist. Would anyone know where i can commission custom mtg cards? Most places i find are alters only. Thanks in advanced! Also if there is a better sub to ask this, let me know :)
