Sphere of safety

I’ve been running [[Sphere of safety]] in my [[Sythis, harvests hand]] deck, and getting a ton of complaints about it at my lgs. I feel like it’s a staple in the deck but I’ve had multiple people scoop when it comes out or complain about it. Should I not be playing it? I don’t feel like it’s that bad.
