Minsc & Boo Electric Boogaloo Deck Help

Meta is mostly leveled up precons with a few built from scratch decks but nothing close to cedh.

Hi there first off let me say I'm fairly new to magic, Only playing for a little over a year now but am hooked. I've recently decided to try out Gruul for the first time after finding the planeswalker [[Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes]] and thinking "what could be more fun than throwing giant hamsters at people. So with that I've thrown together a start of a deck. I've never played a deck with a planeswalker as a commander before so I'm unsure how much that really changes the strategy from a normal commander. For the most part Ive tried to build it around adding counters and multiplying those counters. Hydras seem like a natural choice to include but I dont know what makes a good hydra compared to a not great one. I know cards like [[The Ozolith]] and [[Doubling Season]] would be great but cant justify spending 40$ on a piece of cardboard lol. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
