Sudden onset of dry eyes

Diagnosed with dry eyes/blepharitis yesterday been given a heat mask and drops. Just wondering what on earth has caused this? I'm a 21 year old man

Only thing I can think

• I've started a new job where I only get 5 hours sleep and spend a lot of time in a chiller
• my anxiety has been really bad
• I've also had some random burning sensations in my body possibly anxiety possibly something else, this started a few days before the eyes.

I wear glasses for driving because my eyesight is appalling in general.
