oversleeping on benzodiazepines through 5 different alarm clocks for hours help please

In surtain periode when heavily using i'll mix uppers with a lot of different benzo's both during the day as at Night. Now I won't wake up from 5 different alarm clock devices with all multiple alarms on different times and different sounds. I even tried alarm for people with hearing problems so the alarm 'shakes' you awake. At one point I had 7 alarms and would still oversleep for always more than 3 hours. When i got clean for two months it never happened but now i relapses and Its happening again. I overstelpt at 4 jobs more than 3 hours but was very lucky and thankful to get another chance!! But could someone help me please is there any solution? Has any of you dealt with this before?
