Help pls sos I vomited

Hi everyone.

And hour ago I took a mdma pill and (I’m 24yrs old and perfectly healthy) now I vomited blood about ten minutes ago. I feel absolutely okay but this really scared me. It wasn’t much and truth be told I haven’t eaten before I took the pill. Canyou guys give me some advice for this situation? (I never vomited because of any pill in my whole life so that’s what frightened me) Thank you so much in advance
