how dangerous is alcohol and xanax REALLY?

i’m gonna go to a plane tonight for the first time in like 10 years and i got a xanax, i haven’t taken one since 2016 and i really wanna have like a beer or two at the airport bar, i know that won’t kill me but i don’t wanna end up on tiktok by being retarded or going crazy and i don’t wanna be completely zombified it’s only a 6 hour flight
