I am continually asked "Do you know an X in location Y who does the powers method?" My answer is almost always "no" but this thread is dedicated to listing those people.

Please post providers in this thread who follow my methods or something similar. Any posts not containing the name of a provider or location will be deleted. Please reply to this top comment. I want to keep it as organized as I can.
