Is Offlane currently the most punished role in Dota?

So I just queued for all role this week so that I have role queues for the weekend. In the 7 times that I queued I got offlane 5 times, mid 1 time and pos 5 one time.

Those 5 times that I played as offlane are miserable as fuck. All the current meta pos 1 are massive lane winners and very hard to punish (SF/Luna/Medusa/Alch/Drow), paired with a good support, more often than not I got pushed out of my lane no matter what pos 4 I have with me, and I'll have to leave lane to jungle to avoid feeding the enemy pos 1. For context, I usually play Cent/Axe/Tide/NS/BB if I rolled pos 3. SF+Clock/Marci is an autolose lane and you'll snowball feed if you get caught lacking.

So, does anybody have the same experience or nobody just wants to play as pos3 anymore?
