Similar Shows?

Help! I'm a caretaker for two family members with memory loss and dementia. One has trouble following most TV shows and movies, but Doc Martin is exactly their speed. They're obsessed and could watch it on repeat...forever.

Unfortunately, the other family member is bored after three run-throughs!

Can anyone recommend a similar show series that's got a simple plotline with the same repeating characters? Preferably with multiple seasons.
