would you be ok with this backstory?

I was wondering if anyone would allow this backstory. My DM wouldn't cause I would be a level 1 meeting a god. But the backstory was for a bard. Basically he was your typical horny teenager/bard. He did a hit it and quit it with what turned out to be a daughter of insert love god/godess here. they cursed him to never feel love again. so hes going on a journey to figure out how to lift the curse
