Do I have any recourse

First diesel truck I bought. I love it but probably got in a bit over my head not knowing certain things.

It’s a 2020 GMC 2500HD AT4.

A very large dealer sold it to me deleted. I’ve brought it back to them two times, most recently the truck is just randomly turning off.

I know the main problem is that the truck was sold at auction, not traded in, so I have no clue how the delete or tune was done.

I know the dealer isn’t gonna be able to fix the issue because there’s no codes and they aren’t just gonna sit there throwing parts at it. I didn’t understand what a delete or tune was to be honest and I definitely didn’t understand the ramifications of not knowing how or who did the work.

At the end of the day though, the dealer knowingly sold me a deleted truck and wrote a warranty on it stating they knew it was deleted. I dropped it off last Friday, haven’t heard back anything yet (not shocking), but if they come back saying there’s nothing they can do about it—do I have any legal recourse against them.

I use this truck for work and I just need a reliable truck. I don’t see them fixing it (I don’t even think they can legally work on a deleted truck), I don’t see them writing me a blank check to have it reflashed and retuned, so maybe they’ll just give me a new truck??? Kinda a funny thought, but maybe better then me telling em if they don’t help out I’ll just seek legal recourse and then having the EPA up their ass (which I don’t want to do because fuck the EPA). I’ve learned a lot about diesel deletes through this which is great, but what do you guys think. Am I just gonna be stuck holding the bag or will I be able to push the dealer to some sort of common mutually beneficial outcome? Thanks yall.
