4.5 cm diastasis surgery

Hello! I am 3 weeks pp and I am struggling with diastasis and hernia. Does anyone have had surgery for diastasis and how was the recovery? I’ve read that is another major surgery and this is concerning. My experience with c section was just painful af and the recovery was terrible.
