Weird ban or something?

Was playing a game of extraction on space city earlier with a friend, I had killed a three man and was getting ready to leave when I was kicked from the match, I could see on my friends screenshare that I was “banned and removed from the match” however when I tried to relaunch the game it let me in with no messages or issues and I could even queue up again… I’ve never cheated in any games and don’t think I’d have any softwares that would trigger something like this. I’m afraid to join more games just incase I get kicked again and lose my gear all over again. Anyone have any ideas what might have happened?
