Why seducing Bailey option was scrapped?

Hey, everyone. I will mention right away that I'm really behind all of the updates, I haven't played in a long while and I don't follow discord or anything else to actually keep track of what is happening. I don't mean anything in a disrespectful way, l'm just genuinely confused.

So I just found out that seducing Bailey was taken out of the game. And as a sick on the head and active representative of a Bailey lovers club, it really upsets me. So my question are...

• Was the decision anyhow explained? I've read that some players considered it "out of character", but I just don't agree with it, but that's not the point now.

• Is there still a way to sleep with Bailey?

• Is there any hints on the future updates considering his and PC's relationship?

It saddens me that his presence in mine (!) gameplay is practically reduced to annoying money grabber now. At this point, I'm not hoping for him to receive something at least close to a full love interest route, but those small scraps were something enjoyed so much...

P.S. If it was done because his interactions with PC is too taboo, then I can't really wrap my mind around it because characters like Leighton are still right there, just saying 👀
