Effective Singularity Builds at High MMR?

I main Singularity and feel like I've hit a point where his MMR is so high I'm only going against extremely well-coordinated teams who get gens done in an instant. My only saving grace has been they usually 3-gen themselves and I am able to pull off a 4k (so my MMR goes even higher).

This is great and all as it tests my skills but I feel like I'm stuck using only one meta build as everything else just isn't effective now.

I usually run Sloppy Butcher/Rapid Brutality/Pain Res/Surge

I've had decent success with Forced Hesitation/Infectious Fright/Rapid Brutality/Pain Res but I'm not a huge fan of playing Slugularity.

I was just curious if anyone has found any other effective builds to use at higher MMR or even unexpected builds that catch survivors off guard?
