Spirit and Blight may have ruined all other killers for me

Well, not really but also they kind of have.

Spirit and Blight were too killer I kept on the back burner. I knew how hard they were to get the hang of so I decided to play many of the other killers first.

Singularity, Onryo, and Demogorgan are 3 of my favorites so clearly I have a thing for map pressure/traversal.

When I finally got around to trying out Spirit and Blight, I didn’t realize just how quickly I was going to love playing them.

To be honest, Blight was brutal at first. I got stomped my first match and thought, “oh well, guess he’s not for me” but I still had to complete the daily ritual I had for him.

And thank goodness because in my 2nd match I got the quickest, most satisfying 4k I think I ever got in my life. Suddenly, he’s the only killer I wanna play.

Then I get around to giving Spirit a shot and now I’m wondering why I ever played anyone else.

Seriously, going back to killers with little to no mobility feels INCREDIBLY slow after playing those two. I still have enjoyable matches but there’s nothing compared to the rush (no pun intended) of zooming across the map as either Spirit or Blight.

And while they’re certainly difficult killers to play, mastering them has given me the same satisfying feeling I got when I beat Dark Souls for the the first time.
