All strategies are the same

Someone please correct me if i’m wrong. i’ve been diving deep into day trading and different strategies for the past 6 months so I could easily still be missing something. but i feel all strategies are just different ways of looking at support and resistance. ICT, SMC, ORB, Supply & Demand, and even EMA strategies. Isn’t it all targeting the same thing but just call it different names?

(Edit: I’m very grateful to the people who are disagreeing and giving other perspectives on this. I was just curious to see if others saw what I saw in the specific strategies I mentioned)
