RA-4 issue help

Hey, I’m new to color printing although I’ve had a good amount of B+W experience. While I’ve been getting better at color correction and whatnot, I’m having this recurring issue with cyan or yellow/brown lines appearing at random places across my prints (see attached images). I’m using a cibachrome 8x10 drum with between 100 and 200 mL of chemical (the published minimum for this drum is 75 mL). My process is an initial prewash for ~30 sec at 105 F, develop for ~60 sec at 105 F, blix for ~50 sec at 105F, and a final wash for ~4 minutes at 105 F under running water in a tray.

There doesn’t seem to be a light leak in the drum, the lines appear at different places and have different shapes depending on the print so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the paper. I thought perhaps it was blix remnants in the lid from the previous print since I have been doing many in a session, but it will occur on the first print in a batch and I wash out the drum/lids between every print. None of these lines correspond to anything in the negatives.

Side question - any experience with reusing developer/blix? I’ve been reusing the developer until the color starts to shift, then I switch out both the developer and blix with no identifiable issues (outside these lines which appear to be unrelated).

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: it seems as though the issue was not using a stop bath, as this eliminated the lines. I appreciate all the advice and I may post an update soon with some of my prints.
