Hack item on PS4 broke my game.

Hey everyone,

I just started playing DS2 and have been loving it so far.

Sadly at the start of the game at the cardinal tower bonfire I was summoned by a player named "dead mans team"

He was running around naked and there was an item on the ground that I so innocently picked up.

The item was mundane binoculars +15. Which seemed already pretty weird to me.

So I went over to my bag to see what this item was and my game just crashes!

Now every time I try to open my bag I get the error CE-34878-0.

This save file seems to sadly be corrupted by this player and I hope I can warn other players.
