Lease Buyout Thru Bank-Kia

Hey everyone I decided to do a lease buyout on my Kia through my bank after the dealership refused to allow me to use them if I didn’t buy the extended warranty and gap insurance ($3495)

Now the guy at the bank admitted this was his first auto loan he’s ever worked on. I’m extremely confused regarding what’s necessary at the CA DMV for the buyout and my personalized plates I desperately want to keep.

Sales Tax: $1505.09 Total Price: 20925.57 + DMV Fee: $15

This is the total of what was sent to Hyundai finance from my bank.
