What DLC should I get?

I have put a lot of hours into CK 2 and most of Paradox's other games so being overwhelmed is not a consideration since I think I know what I am doing. I bought the starter edition of CK 3 which came with Tour's and Tournaments, and Friends and Foes. I am wondering if their are any DLC that you would consider must haves? I cannot buy them all, so don't suggest I just buy them all.
