What level did you get to without spending real $$$$?

Just curious about other players. I am level 15, playing consistently, entering multiple challenges every day. I don’t spend any of my own money on the game, though (despite how badly I want some of those hair accessories!!!!) I am wondering if there are any high level players that got there by not spending any of their own money, and how long did it take?
