What can I do with this purple cabbage (no raw salads plz)
I bought a purple cabbage to put in my buldak today. It was delicious but I try not to eat buldak every day. What else can I do with it that’s not just a raw salad? I was thinking I could cut it in to wedges and roast it but idk. It’s such a giant vegetable. I used probably about a cup of it already in my ramen and I hardly made a dent. It would be a shame if this beautiful vegetable went to waste.
