Cacao cookie glitch?

So I got Cacao cookies awakened form from the gacha yesterday and realized afterwards that I did not get him, and that I needed 1 more soulstone. So I farmed and wished a lot today and got 1 soulstone, but now it says I have 21? I'm kines frustade since hes rlly good rn and I want his awakened form. What do I do?
