How to start

First off, I'm not a very interesting person but would like to be. I really like to cook I know there's a lot of day in the life videos I'm not really interested in getting all those although I could and I really don't want to show my face is there any particular video editing apps or any type of things that I need to buy like a good quality video camera will a phone do and do I have to buy an app to edit should I get a desktop to edit or can I edit from my phone? Thank you also is there any good platforms in particular that pay out the most? I am not interested in doing adult related content no judgment for those that do I'm just not built for it LOL
