Cal Poly SLO vs CSULB Construction Management

Cal Poly SLO will be around $23k a year, including tuition and room and board. I can offset $13,000 with a Pell Grant and Cal Grant as I am lowest poverty line on FAFSA. If I am able to get a US ARMY scholarship (13k per year + $459 monthly stipend), I could go debt free but that’s an IF and the payments would be delayed to October, so I would still have to take out loans.

CSULB would be completely tuition free with my Cal Grant and I would be able to use Pell Grant + potential US ARMY scholarship to have a lot of fuck off money.

I want to work as a field engineer at a top GC after college and I really like Cal Poly’s unique build competition and heavy recruitment. Which one seems like the best choice?
