Kroger Pharmacy

Has anyone else experienced pharmaceutical negligence while using a Kroger pharmacy? Short version- My experience involved a pharmacy tech swapping a prescription for a different version including an additive that was noted as a strict NO per the doctors request. This was very close to being a deadly situation.
