Coachella W1 final thoughts.

My first year car camping, this is definitely the way to go, although I messed up with not having enough blankets but other than that, having a big trunk to sleep in was definitely the best option. I was afraid my girlfriend wouldn't like it but she would stop several times in her tracks to look around and just say "This is so nice/This place is so beautiful/Look at this" and on the drive back to the airport, she started talking about next year.

Lana was bad, I loved the Billie segment but overall I affirmed the fact that I wish I would've seen Anti-up, you gamble, you lose, you win.

Doja was soooooo good, she was the headliner I was the least excited for and I think she knocked it out of the park, insane energy, so strong of a performance.

Always go with your gut, we went to Renee Rapp instead of Carin Leon and bailed about halfway through to see the end of Carin because Renee was just not bringing it, a part of me knew Carin would be more fun and boy, was he. While I was glad to see Young Fathers, Santa Fe would've been a much better choice, trust yourself.

Most people are nice, there was a complete asshole that pushed my girlfriend in bleachers and looked like just a generally unpleasant person but other than that people were so cool, just people trying to have a good time.

I'll always come back whenever I can. You never know what life will bring, I was not excited about this lineup at all but enjoyed every minute of being there, the music was top notch and the experience was even better. Standing on the fields, with the sun on your skin, drinking fiercely out of your camelbak, nothing like it. Ready for presale in 2 weeks.

See you next year, at the desert.
