Dusting without Dying

Slowly reclaiming my house after the pandemic/epic clinical depression. The thing is I am a maximalist cat lady with asthma and there is dust all over absolutely everything.

How can I dust everything I own without needing my rescue inhaler the whole time?

UPDATE: Thank you for the suggestions! I am getting some masks, a good air filter and as many Scrub Daddy Damp Dusters I can carry out of the store.
