Active plan/ loan

I had a large payment on my credit card of $1000 and decided to do a pay over time plan for it on the Chase app. I decided I could afford to just pay it off early and did that. However ever since I paid it off completely, i keep getting a message every single time I pay my credit card off which is daily since I only use my CC. The message is: “Reminder: You have an active plan or loan. if you pay more than your interest saving balance, you’ll be making an early payment towards your plan or loan.”

I also get this one from time to time:

“You're about to pay off your plan or loan early Choose "Interest saving balance" if you want to avoid interest on new purchases and pay your statement balance without paying off your plan or loan (e.g., Chase Pay Over Times plans, My Chase Loan, eligible promotional balances) earlier than intended.”

These message give me the impression I have to pay interest for paying off my plan early. How can I cancel a plan? How do I stop these messages from appearing?
