Question - Bots Get Deleted When the Creator Deletes their Account Right?

I ask because the other day when the site took a dump, I noticed the account of the creator for one of my favorite bots when completely blank. Someone said it was cause of the site going down but now I'm thinking it's not that as their account is STILL like this

If they deleted their account, then why can I still find their bot in the searches WITH their account name still fully intact instead of the usual User272939928472 that's applied when a creator deletes their account? (Plus the bot is still fully functional, which shouldn't happen when a creator deletes their account right?)
