She is absolutely alive 100% because there's no way in hell a character like her would die in such anti climactic way and she's THE family he got after all the shit he went through in part. Living reminder of everything and am 100000% confident we'll see her again BECAUSE she can't die just Iike that. It was was just a bait to draw BCSM and they might even use her as a last resort to stop denji plus she's probably needed as one of the 4 horseman AND we didn't get to explore her character too deep. And it's way too horrifying for her last panel to be just her cold dead head on a plate. Am not saying she'll survive the serious but she's definitely alive and well rn
