Process of Getting Medical certificates coded

Hey guys, Just enquiring as to what's the process of getting your med cert coded.

Normally I would upload it then call them up and have them coded over the phone. Sometimes they say yes it's accepted, then other times they say it has been coded but has to go to quality assurance. So, it puzzles me.

Why do some have to be sent to quality approval and some don't? And then there is no where to check online or via the app that your med cert is accepted.

I find a huge disconnect here. I've even had them code it over the phone then find out later that it wasn't accepted.

So, basically asking When u call up and have the certificate coded and they tell you it's accepted, shouldn't that be it ?

And if it needs to be sent to quality assurance or whatever, should they tell you this ? I mean I've found the whole process so confusing and sin e there is Nothing or no where to check online weather it approved or not, it makes me so anxious. 🤷
