Kitten REFUSES to even look at wet food and will only inhale kibble..?

My kitten was on wet food since 3 weeks old, she was very malnourished and her vet suggested we syringe feed with wet food as milk replacer won't have enough calories.

She is now 4 months and her vet suggested we introduce kibble as she's still very tiny and doesn't eat the right amount of wet food (gets full fast/refuses to eat more than half of what's required).

We introduced dry food and she absolutely went feral about it, she'll NOT eat any wet food - no matter what food or brand. She refuses to even look at it and take more than one sniff. We've tried adding churu underneath, still nothing.

Now both of her vets, including an oncologist say it's okay to give her only dry, and to try to give her a lot of water (she drinks plenty) along with wet treats... But I'm worried about kibble doing more harm than good now that she has already gained the weight needed.

I've tried mixing it, giving it alone, warming it up, different brands.. Etc. Still nothing. She was never thrilled about it but even worse now 😅
