Did I trim too much?

I wanted to flip these a few weeks ago but had a deficiency I wanted to fix before doing so. I gave them a small trim and then flipped them 10 days later (the first pic). Then I waited 7 days from the flip and trimmed them this morning. Curious if you feel I trimmed too much, not enough, or just right? I trimmed the ammount I did since I figure they are just going to get bigger and was already having issues with moisture in between the leave laying on top of eachother. On my second grow and looking to get better. Thanks for any feedback.
