I just got a call from my cardiologist asking me why i didnt attend my appointment scheduled for today

They mailed me my notice on November 8th for 3 appointments. I now cant get back in till April for the multiple hours of testing they need to do. Thank you Canada Post employees.

Edit: for all those actually following the comments. The hospital called me this morning to walk me through signing up for their online portal. Its something they usually do at the initial consultation. I asked how many others had this issue and they told me only a hand full, as its only new patients who would have not received the letter.
