issue with advisor

Has anyone else had problems with Helen Yohannes. I went to drop-in advising and she was extremely rude. Before I could ask her some questions about my class schedule she caught an attitude and made me feel stupid for even considering asking for her help. Also, she was on her phone the entire time, causing me to repeat myself many times. Many of my classmates have also had similar experiences so I was wondering if anybody else is in the same predicament.
